Tira-miss-u for you.

I had it all planned out nicely in my mind what's to bake for my hubby on his birthday..
well..all the while he loves cheesecake-he reminded me to bake a cheesecake for him on his day-since it was ages i last baked a cheesecake for him before we got married to be exact. The fact that he doesnt eat proper meals whenever he sees cheesecake in front him, the fact that he can finish the whole cake by himself within a day just irritates me..i hate to see him grow big in sizes..that's when i decided to stop giving him cheesecake. well it's special this time.. and so..on his day, i decided to bake him a cheesecake once in a year. Well..not until I found this during my times spent in the hypermart shopping for the ingredients..*you guess what?* *wink*


mascarpone cheese on sale!! and it's a BIG BIG sale!! 75% discount..I totally wont believe it but its the truth!!! i was so yippie when i saw it that i suddenly changed my plan on doing cheesecake to Tiramisu cake!! yey!

it was a success and a quick baking day. I wasnt tired at all. *smile* Im glad with how the final cake turned out.It was one of my satisfaction *uhuh!*
It was nice to see him looking surprised inside his usual routine gym room that i suddenly popped out of nowhere,and he was bragging himself saying how skillful.They told me the pastry tasted delectable and i was glad to hear that!

and ofcourse a pastry chef got to have a slice on her own before giving out the cake to people..*smile* here, it is, TIRAMISU for my TIGGY! Happy birthday tig! hope you enjoyed your day and had a blast and had a nice tiramisu day!

whole of a cake

am at most excited to post my huge project here *dance*
I took the whole two weeks making this project..and not as ordinary as usual..the whole thing there is a cake *wink*
yes..including the longevity of GOD too,sure is not just a cake topper but it can be eaten too *laughs*
see how my little detail works in my cake project? those small detail made it perfect..the pink peach symbolized a long life while the gold money represents wealthiness..hmm..this cake supposedly for my daddy whose birthday's on the 19th of April, however thinking what a huge cake it was, and the thought of mommy's not appreciating my creation of cake, she wouldnt be happy seeing it-all the who's going to eat the huge cake; why are u baking and stuff-i decided to give it to people.well..all the extra time, extra effort and extra sleepless nights i had was all worth it. I love seeing how my cake done at the end of the day..it was totally one of my satisfactionim looking for another huge project like this again..well hopefully some other time when i have real extra time..

to my most beloved and precious DADDy-Happy Birthday!

Happy birthday DAD! This cake is specially for you!My daddy is my bestfriend,my HERO..at the same time workaholic too..he loves staying inside his office room..and most the time talking on the phone,picking up a cigarette or two while talking..later that night, he brought mummy,hubby and me to a restaurant for a sumptuous dinner..*yummy*all the nice food and small gathering,i was so blessed! I just hope he would like the cake i made for him *smile*..he was laughing away while looking at the cake topper-guess it represents so much about him..the talking on the phone and the cigarette best described him! *haha*and of cos this cake is not solely by me alone..in behalf of my brothers and sisters, i presented this cake to our beloved Daddy. *chuckles* and lastly, HAPPY BIRTHDAY daddy! we wish you longevity,wealthiness,happiness and healthiness always. you have been the most superb,wonderfully a hero, most patient and a kind daddy. Thank you so much! *smooches*

five pigs and a feast

each pig represents each person close to my heart..*smile*
lemme introduce you my first black headed pig here is no other than awi-my brother! it was black headed because it carry his character really well *laughs* and i thought it was pretty cute
then the thin white tall pig here is my second small brother with my big chubby sis sitting next to it beside i love to be the extra one out so it would be the one wearing a green party hat with my smallest sis beside wearing a red party hat
now you can see i assembled them up sitting together and gather on a big dining table waiting for a feast..foods to be arrived on their table..*yummy
there are chips,carrots,jam tarts,sausages and sandwiches..

..and finally a feast they have been waiting for..viva la fiesta!
ah..i missed gathering with them..it all happened so fast we got to gather up before my marriage..and im alone back home here..still as usual..i miss everything..my gathering with relatives,grandmom,friends who came here to be my bridesmaid..argh..how i wish i can rewind bck those memories and time..*sad*

Cake for Wewon

another cake was made for 1st april and she said it was for her mother *smile*
how sweet of her i thought. she requested to have her dad beside her mom too, cake inside was to be lapis surabaya too
I was a lil bit unsure for the cake to be covered in fondant cos i found the cake was a bit too soft for a fondant, just afraid it will collapse the moment i put my rolling fondant on top cos fondant itself is heavy and volumy,. anyway..with much effort and determination, i made it covered nicely in white fondant though a lil bit tough and risky! *pheww* i had my fun and challenges *smile*
see my two figures sitting nicely beside each other? i added some extra work around them..with cups of black coffee, cheesecake for both each, and not to be forgotten a birthday cake..then the reason some shirts and clothes were there was because her mom loves making shirts and clothes which in short is a taylor..hmm interesting..
then with my final touching up i added words just a simple writing could add a big difference to it..im just amazed *grin*
it was funny with how it turned out..somehow the figures i could see them enjoying themselves. i had my tiredness, i had my fun, i had my challenges and most importantly, i gained my experience and a portfolio..

An Yong Ha se yo~!

Im all inspired-making this korean doll and got influenced by my cousin just so recently..well not saying that Im one of those of a korean maniac nor making my life crazy over those koreans..but I was thinking all suddenly, I never do any korean doll before..and I was motivated to do one! *it would be nice if I can figure one korean doll for my cake*

She was all hand made-everything has got to be korean-like! I purposely made her costume from that of a korean traditional-people would straight notice she is a korean just by looking at her outfit..well if you notice, It wasnt only her costume that made her korean..*guess what*..well..it's her one sided bun hair..as what always seen in the korean dramas *wink*


..and when it comes to the question "whats the meaning of the wordings?" beats me..I do not know myself. The only sentence I know of is Anyong Haseyo without knowing the wordings of it..Those words I wrote on the cake, I just randomly picked them out from any nice easy korean characters of a CD cover..It was funny It looked as though it has a meaning to it..*laughs*

..and what's inside of the cake is what I called chocolate chiffon cake..well..it was not that stabil of a cake to cover with fondant..and Im just experimenting with soft cake with fondant..and the result is very much satisfying!

Boobies for my boy!

*laugh* I cant help myself giggling when I made this boobies cake for my boy. It was no special event, anniversaries, or even birthdays making this bobbies cake. It was all a sudden in my mind when I came across looking at my two bakewares from my baking tool's case. I love being playful. That is part of how I am enjoying my life. *wink*

looking at it, is so much easier..but real life is, it was so much more harder and complicated making just these two boops. I had a hard time sculpting those boobies and tried to make them looked as though they are real. Putting in so much effort in there with this little hope my boy would treasure them when he opened up the cake box and felt a little least cheerful. *hehe* It was funny too, when my dad the minute he opened up the cake box and saw what's inside, he made a big cheeky smile while looking at it. I was confused and hinted at him that the cake meant nothing! *laughs*

well, true enough he was so surprised at the moment he opened up the cake box and straight gave me a sms telling me how cute and pretty the cake was and said he would never eat such a fancy cute cake. I was so much delighted upon hearing from him..well not because of how cute the cake was nor because of how fancy that of a cake but because seeing how happy my boy was, I was so much relieved. :)
